Times and method

If available in your country, you can choose the express shipping option. The delivery delay does not start when the order is placed but only from the moment it is dispatched.

All shipments are managedthrough courier in 3-5 days, islands excluded, for which the estimated time is 5-8 days. For critical shipments, choose the express shipping option. All delivery times quoted on the website can vary and be modified.

You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods.

All shipments are managed through selected logistic partners. The products will be delivered to the address provided on the order form.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address being provided by the Customer.

The billing (where an invoice is required) and shipping address may be different and in a different country than the one where the order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped together with a tracking code, which you can use to track your order until delivery.


For orders over €80.00, standard shipping is free of charge in Italy.

For orders under €80.00, standard shipping is €6.00 (excluding islands) and €15.00 for islands.

In case of delivery abroad, an estimate of shipping costs is provided after entering the shipping address.

Once the products are delivered, the Customer shall check:

  1. That the number of parcels indicated in the shipping note corresponds to the number of parcels delivered by the courier

  2. That the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged or altered in any manner. In the event of any damages to the packaging and/or the product(s), the Customer is asked to immediately refuse the shipment and/or delivery by signing a “GOODS UNCHECKED” delivery proof to the courier (e.g., broken packaging, wet packaging, etc.). The Customer shall immediately notify the Supplier of the damage by registered letter or by email.

  3. For each order placed, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number so that the courier can contact them in case of delivery difficulties. If the delivery does not take place for reasons not attributable to Lobby10Bijoux or to the courier twice in a row, we reserve the right to charge the cost of a possible final cleaning and/or of another delivery —as determined by the courier—, or you might want to collect the parcel from the courier’s local sorting office.
