EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
In case you change your mind about the purchase made, you are allowed to exercise the right of withdrawal (governed by Legislative Decree 22/05/99 n°185 on consumer rights in distance contracts)within 14 days of receipt of goods.
The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all the original labels and tags attached together with any related accessories and documents.
In order to obtain a refund of the amount paid, the Customer must return to the Supplier’s premises all the items they wish to return (after getting an authorization number) within 14 days of receipt of goods. The Customer is allowed to exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty, the only expenses to be borne by the Customer are those relating to the return shipment of the products. The Customer is entirely responsible for the shipping risk and costs of returning the goods.
When the supplier won't accept the product
Products that are faulty, damaged, or lacking in accessories or original equipment shall not under any circumstances be accepted for return by the Supplier and will be returned to the sender with additional transport costs.
Refound
Once the Supplier has received the goods in accordance with the above requirements and has carried out all the necessary checks, they will proceed to refund the total amount paid by the Customer.
The Supplier undertakes to process the reimbursement procedures for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, by wire transfer, within 8 working days of the receipt and compliance verification of goods received.

In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is Treviso (Italy).
